Booking Terms

We accept bookings up to 18 months in advance. A 50% deposit is required within 72 hours of booking, but for December bookings, guests can opt for installment payments.  

Our availability calendar updates in real time. 

In December, the minimum stay is 5 days, and during long weekends, it's preferably 3 days. At other times, the minimum stay is 2 nights. We recommend booking early for December. 

We do accept Matric Rage Bookings.  

For Matric Rage bookings only, a R1500 refundable cash breakage deposit per person is due on arrival. 
Students are discouraged from using their own transport, especially at night. 

We arrange with 2 rage approved taxis to transport the ‘ragers’ to and from town. Costs are R90 per trip per student day and night. 

Cancellation policy: 

• Cancellation 0 – 14 days forfeit 100% 
• Cancellations 15 – 28 days forfeit 50% 
• Cancellations 29 or more days forfeit 10% 
• Deposit (2 nights or more): 50% balance due 24 hours before arrival 
• Deposit (single night): 100%
